Make Your Own Pancake Mix

These days everyone is busy. Most people have to wake up early for work or school and have barely any time, if any at all to have any kind of breakfast, let alone a big fancy breakfast. We just don’t have time for it.
Do you like big breakfasts? What about pancakes that are golden brown and smothered in butter and syrup? Do you ever wish you had time to wake up in the morning and make yourself delicious pancakes?
If you’re time is limited in the morning, you probably can still make pancakes. How? You can cut down considerably on the time it takes to make pancakes by using pancake mix instead of taking all the time to take out and measure out all the dry ingredients.
Pancake mix is also a great gift idea. Don’t know what to get someone? Try giving them food! Maybe there’s someone that you need to buy a gift for and all you know is that they like to cook. Pancake mix is great, also for those people who have everything or you don’t know what to get them.
Food makes a great gift for when you don’t know what to get because you just can’t go wrong with food. Everybody has to eat and once the food is eaten, it is gone. They don’t have to find a place to put it.
Pancake mix can be store bought, or you can make your own. You might think that making your own kind of defeats the purpose of cutting down on time. You could make your own in the evening or when you have time and have it ready for when you need it on a morning that you are short for time.
There are two ways to make pancake mix. You could use a pancake mix recipe, or you could use a basic recipe and just measure out the dry ingredients. The dry ingredients become your mix.
Get the mix ready, add it to a pretty jar, attach the recipe to the jar, and it’s all ready. Add some dried fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts to the mix to add some extra flavor and then store it away or give it as a gift
